PROPS for Parents & Caregivers
Caring for others is demanding, and caregivers often carry it with little support of their own. PROPS for Parents & Caregivers offers support groups and mentorship for parents, guardians and caregivers, a place to be heard, to learn, and to build the resilience that caring for others requires. Our Cycle Breakers stream supports caregivers who want to change long-standing patterns and build healthier ways of relating within their families.

PROPS for Youth & Young Adults
Growing up ready for independence takes more than school. PROPS for Youth & Young Adults focuses on financial literacy and employability: the practical skills that help young people manage money, find work and build a stable footing as they move into adulthood. Open to young people.

J.L.’s Social for Skills
J.L.’s Social for Skills creates wellbeing and connection for neurodivergent adults through social, skill-building gatherings designed to be welcoming, low-pressure and easy to be part of. It is a space to build friendships and confidence at the same time.

Seniors Still Soaring
Seniors Still Soaring relieves isolation and loneliness for people whose conditions limit their ability to stay connected, offering companionship, community and a reason to look forward to the week.
